1. About Shiloh
Shiloh Military Ministries is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN: 86-3650727.
2. Donations
Control of gifts. In accordance with IRS requirements, all gifts are given to and must be treated as belonging fully to Shiloh and are subject to its control and discretion.
Designated gifts. Donors may indicate a preference for how a gift is used. Shiloh will make every reasonable effort to honor such preferences; however, final use of all gifts remains at Shiloh's discretion.
Receipts. Shiloh will provide a written acknowledgment for donations as required by the IRS. Donors should consult their own tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Refunds. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at donorservices@shilohmm.org.
Recurring donations. Recurring gifts continue until canceled. You may cancel at any time by logging into your donor account or contacting us.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Submit false or misleading information
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and video, is the property of Shiloh Military Ministries or its content providers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to or use services provided by third parties (such as payment processors and our hosting provider). Shiloh is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
